Life Design through Leadership & Career Coaching

Is a Coach Right For You?
Are you stuck in figuring out what’s next for you in your life or career?
Do you want to build new habits that encourage your growth and create sustainable change in your life?
Do you want to build a life based on your values?
Are you searching for a different outcome in a particular area of your life or in a program you manage?
What Is Coaching?
Coaching is about aligning and creating balance within your life around your purpose, values, and mission. We will work together to align who you are and your beliefs so that your actions and decisions produce the desired results. I’ll ask questions to bring awareness to self-discovery, and through the partnership we create, we’ll look at your perspectives, choices, strategy, commitment, and actions. Coaching is future-focused, elevating your underlying values and supporting sustainable transformation.

As your coach, I hold up a mirror back to you for a clearer picture of what you need. This mirror will drive you in the direction of self-discovery and then action. Sessions hold space for you to untangle your thoughts and understand underlying needs to find solutions to your challenges.
Together, we’ll create a collaborative alliance in your sessions through an active and engaging conversation that yields action steps and learning. You’ll unveil your vision and whom you’re becoming.
Each session will last roughly 45 minutes, and we will meet 2-4 times a month. The coaching process will take however long you need. Sometimes a few months, sometimes, a few years. Coaching is very goal-oriented, and different goals require different amounts of time to reach.
What Is Consulting?
Consulting for organizations attempting to solve a problem operates on a similar premise to coaching but on a broader scale. It's about aligning the organization's objectives, values, and strategies to yield desired outcomes. As a consultant, I facilitate organizational self-awareness and strategic thinking within structures through design thinking practices and collaborative partnerships to build consensus and commitment to create a sustainable solution. They navigate perspectives, choices, and actions to drive sustainable organizational and programmatic transformation.

Much like coaching, consulting holds a mirror to the organization's current state, allowing for a clear assessment of needs and challenges. Sessions provide a dedicated space for unraveling complexities and identifying solutions. The process fosters an environment of active engagement, where dialogue leads to continuous learning, actionable steps, and organizational effectiveness. Consulting engagements vary in duration, tailored to the organization's specific goals and requirements. Flexibility is key, as some projects may span months while others demand years to achieve comprehensive results. Ultimately, consulting aims to guide organizations toward their envisioned future, adapting strategies and approaches as needed along the journey.
